Hey guys! Welcome to 5 days of a Typical Christmas. If you hadn’t guessed,5 days of a typical Christmas is were i’m going to post every day leading up to Christmas starting 5 days before and these posts are just filled with pure Christmas goodness. What better to start it with than a Christmas eve routine though right?
Hey guys! So when I’m writing this it’s a Friday, and oh my I’m so glad it is,I’ve done so much recently,I mean not compared to most people but for me it is.Also before I get into this post as you know I did the music tag with Surfie17 for my last post and as it sort of fitted in with this post I thought I’d just let you know that I’ve just gotten into an artist called Frank Hamilton and you should all go check him out! However this post was actually about my Autumn essentials and not my tired Friday night music essentials so I’m going to stop boring you with this intro and actually get into the post!
Hey guys! So I haven’t posted in a while. However,I am back and I’m here with a collab! Before I get into that though I want to talk to you about some latest news, I mean I’ve bigged it up now haven’t I? Well my friend Amy has created a blog and seriously I can’t stress how good it is you need to check it out. However I’m sure you don’t want me to just advertise my friends blog for the whole post so I’ll leave a link at the end of the post if you decide to check it out! Also this post was meant to go up yesterday but I was without internet and I didn’t have a post fully prepared so it’s had to go up today, sorry! Okay without any further redue I’m going to get right into the questions
Hey guys! So another month has come and gone and that only means one thing.August favourites. I have quite a lot of things I want to share with you so grab a snack and a nice cup of hot chocolate, you know, its September now! autumn is this month, get your hot chocolate out! but seriously guys I have already decided this is going to be a loooong post so make sure you have a lot of time.I’m going to separate this in to categories, thats how long it is 😉 .
So hey guys! Guess who has just had their hair cut! Well by the time you’re reading this it will have nearly been cut a week but to me I’ve just had it done! It’s so strange,I’ve had my hair down to my bum all my life and now it’s just past my shoulders,I like it though and it’s all for a good cause.I don’t want to drag this post on for absolutely ages because I know you all just want to see the before and after pictures but I do want to ramble a bit!
So at 9:00am me and Beautyblogger were so nervous,we were just about to go in and we were getting before pictures.Honestly,my heart was racing like mad,it sounds shallow but what if it looked awful? What if they cut too much off? Or too little that it wasn’t accepted? So many thoughts were going through my head it was ridiculous. But luckily I didn’t get time to worry long because we were in and it started straight away.I went first because we only had one hairdresser between us and Beautyblogger didn’t want to go first.Basically if you wanted to know the process, they measure the amount of inches you’re getting cut (8 inches for me) from the very ends of you hair then put a bobble where the mark is,plait it and secure it with another bobble and then cut it off! They then just tidy your hair up because obviously it’s not even once you’ve cut it in a plait.Just a reminder though, once you have cut it about another inch will be cut off to tidy it up so just keep that in mind! Sadly the photos won’t upload without messing up the thumbnail so if you want to see the difference then please check out my Instagram:Typicalteenager76!
Hey guys! So a wonderful fellow blogger of mine mentioned the other day that me and Beautyblogger do a collaboration on our bake sale that we did a few weeks ago to show what we made.We thought it was a really good idea and decided to do some recipes on each of our blogs so you can try them at home! We used Tanya Burrs new baking book “Tanya Bakes” as it has some amazing ideas and recipes in there and I really suggest you buy it.
So today I want to talk to you about my night time routine. Now I usually find these quite hard to write because I’m not very organised and I don’t have set times for things but I think I’m just going to roll with it because what’s a life without risks? What’s the quote again? Everybody in life fails at something unless they have lived their life so cautiously that they may have not lived at all,in which case they fail by default. Its something like that anyway,my form tutor had that up on her whiteboard last year and it stuck. Its actually become my go to quote.See JK Rowling does do other things than Harry Potter! Enough wizardry anyway,I’m rambling,I’m sure most of you have a life unlike little old me here so with no further redue, this is my evening routine!
So long time no see eh?! Well I’m not sure you want my life story but I’ll update you anyway, sorry. So at the end of June/beginning of July I had exams, whoo! I mean I said I’d blog once a week but the stress for English was higher than expected. Then,on the 25th of July I broke off school and since then I’ve only had one day to chill. And I’m not going to lie to you to make myself look real professional and productive. You know, I did practiced my back flips and cleaned my whole house and saved 200 pets,no I stayed in my pyjamas all day watching YouTube and Netflix ,and I also ate half of the food from my cupboard.but I’m not complaining, when you read this I’ll probably be doing the same though to be honest.
